AMAZING FUN CLASSES
FUNCTION FIT
This 30-minute functional fitness class is an extremely fun full body workout in our brand new, state of the art, functional fitness training zone (AKA the Playgound). Here you will find yourself pushing a sled, climbing a rope, slamming balls, pulling a skierg, using kettlebells, riding an Air Bike, taking on the challenge of the tire flip (or easier alternative), jumping plyo boxes, using punch bags, resistance bands, power bags, battling ropes, TRX and more.
A FIT BODY BOOTCAMP
A FIT BODY Bootcamp is a full body circuit based workout that incorporates free weights, cable machines, TRX, battling ropes, HIIT cardio such as a versa climber and spin bikes, power bags, medicine balls, bodyweight movements, kettlebells, agility ladder, plyo box, core training equipment and more! This workout is great if you know you need to tone up and build your strength but find conventional gym workouts boring.
BOXING FIT
Boxing Fit is a fun, action-packed 50 minute workout in our private boxing studio. The studio is fully kitted out with an assortment of punch bags, water bags, a boxing ring, mirrors, round timer and more. This is a fitness class only (no contact!) and suitable for both ladies and gent of all abilities. If you lead a stressful life-style then you can’t beat punching a bag until you have nothing left to completely relax and re-energise your mind and body.
